Tips for Improving your Memory

Of course, you can use mnemonic tricks whenever you want, with the help of words or personal phrases. These may include the initials of the names of your family members, birthdays, some of your childhood hero, etc.


3. Read loudly

Often, when you explain something to another person, the concepts are assimilated better. In addition to improving your understanding when you say something that you studied, the fact that the brain is listening to information helps keep it.

So it is important to read aloud when you study or when you want something to be engraved in your memory.

In addition, it's good to read books or paper pages, "like the old days." Screens inhibit learning and light emitting causes a headache.


4. Rest and relax

This technique for improving memory is based on the fact that the mind needs to consolidate the concepts without paying attention to something else.

If after a study morning you go to the cinema, watch TV news or surf on Facebook, you probably will not remember later what you learned a while ago.

How did you learn the alphabet or the number of days each month when you were young? You probably learned them with the help of song or rhyme. Try doing the same thing with names, appointments, and lists.
